On the Variety of Surrender

Abstract
The system of surrender is a system of penalty measurement recognized in the criminal law of our country.In 1997,the criminal law was revised,classifying surrender into three kinds,which are :ordinary surrender,surrender of undiscovered crimes,both prescribed in general and specific principles,and special surrender covering several kinds of cases in the specific principle.The recognization of the second and the third kind further the system of surrender in particular.Making clear of these three classifications and the fulfillment conditions of surrender is of great importance to decide different surrender of different cases in judiciary practice.
