Harmonious is a rich-contented definition with the aspects of politics,economy,security,culture and biology.From the broad sense,harmonious is somewhat belonged to society.The reason that is advocating to construct the harmonious world is that today's world is far from enough harmonious,is that the harmonious world is the essential demand of human society advancement and the reflection of whole world people's common wishes,is that it is the necessary and useful external conditions for constructing the socialist harmonious society.To advocate constructing the harmonious world is pushing the traditional Chinese ideas of peaceful and harmonious toward the whole world and promoting common development of the global multicultural society,and is the progress and innovation of ideas of China's foreign communication in the heritage and showing China's faithful international responsibility with the forceful answer to the wrong opinion of China is a Threat to the World.
