Abstract
There is a profound ideological foundation to put forward the strategy of building a harmonious society and promoting harmonious world.It is very essential to understand the culture of accurately and grasp the concept of harmonious value dialectically for building a harmonious society and a harmonious world. To develop the culture of harmony,build a harmonious society and promote a harmonious world,we should vigorously advocate philosophy of harmony in the whole society,raise the ability of understanding and dealing with the complicated contradictions in the spheres of ideology and culture,correctly handle the relations among succession,emulation and innovation.
