Abstract
This research used RAPD molecule mark technology and NTSYS2 analysis to analyze 12 Erigeron breviscapus germplasm resources from Dali,Luxi and Yuxi of Yunnan Province.Ten RAPD primer pairs had 43 fragments,of which 32 had genetic diversity, accounting for 74.41% of the total.Twelve regional resources were clustered into two groups.Wild populations were clustered into one group, the cultivated Erigeron Breviscapus clustered into the other group which fell into four sub-categories.The genetic diversity of germplasm resources was rich in 12 regions. It is closely related to the genetic relationship in accordance with its geographical distribution, but not in strict accordance with the geographic boundaries.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
