Abstract
Objective:To put forward individual dose proposal by the analysis on blood drug concentration of Aminophylline of 90 cases for its safe and efficient clinical usage.Methods:To determine Aminophylline's peak and valley concentration by double-wavelength UV-spectrophotography.Results:The result of 32 cases' blood drug peak concentration:2 cases within 5mg mL~10mg mL;24 cases within 10mg mL~20mg mL;6 cases exceed 20mg mL.The result of 58 cases' blood drug valley concentration:8 cases less than 5mg mL;19 cases within 5mg mL~10mg mL;31 cases within 10mg mL~20mg mL.Conclusion:Blood drug level should be monitored in clinic usage and the influencing factors should be noticed closely.
