Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To give some information for a rational administration of aminophylline for patients and put forward individual does proposal by the analysis on blood drug concentration of aminophylline of 228 cases. METHODS:plasma aminophylline concentration monitoring materials and relevant clinical information were analyzed of 228cases. RESULTS:Plasma aminophylline concentration were range of 5~20 μg·mL-1 in patients, accounting for 20.6% of total cases observed, more than 20 μg·mL-1 in patients, accounting for 3.5%,and lower than 5 μg·mL-1 in patients, accounting for 75.9%. Clinical manifestation in digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems et al can be observed in patients with plasma aminophylline concentration were more than 20 μg·mL-1. Significant change of plasma aminophylline concentration can be observed in patients who combine aminophylline and other kinds of drug. CONCLUSION:Plasma aminophylline concentration should be monitored in clinical usage and the influencing factors, such as physical, pathology and combing usage should be noticed closely.
