On Value Innovation:The Issue of Rural Area, Farmer and Agriculture and Its Solutions from the Broader Perspective of Virtual Economy

The emergence of and the solution to the issue of rural area,farmer and agriculture have always gone hand in hand with China's modernization course. From the first day when China transformed itself from an agriculture-based developing country to a newly industrial one,the basic solution to the issue of rural area,farmer and agriculture,i.e.industry helps agriculture,was put forward.However,due to the sluggish conceptions and strategies,the solutions have functioned unsatisfactorily.The essence of the issue of rural area,farmer and agriculture lies in that the virtual value does not in symmetry with the substantial value.Thus,it is a necessity to apply the broader perspective of virtual economy based on value innovation to examine the issue of rural area,farmer and agriculture,which is superficially shown by the gaps between rural and urban areas.Taking such a perspective to analyze the mode that three kinds of industries help agriculture,this paper proposes the solution to the issue of rural area,farmer and agriculture,that is,give first place to develop manor economy and build socialist new rural area,supplemented by the transformation of land value and large scale migration of labor force.
