Abstract
The issue of agriculture,farmer and rural area is the most important economic and social problem that needs to be solved in China.Currently,to solve the issue,creativity and development regarding the train of thought are required.We should follow the scientific outlook on development,focus on readjusting the systems that does not fit in with the development of rural productive power,integrate agriculture-related financial resources,land resources,education resources,labor resources and other resources from the aspect of system approach so as to search for deeper understanding on the issue of agriculture,farmer and rural area and solve it more efficiently,which would accelerate the coordinated development between the urban and the rural and contribute to the construction of a comprehensive well-off society.
