Abstract
Neutral endopeptidase inhibitor performs its function of dilating vessel, improving endothelial function and promoting natriuresis th rough inhibiting neutral endopeptidase, delaying bradykinin decomposition and in hibiting angiotensin II and endothelin production. It plays important role in th e treatment of hypertension and heart failure.
