Abstract
The dual inhibitor of angiotensin converting enzyme and neutral endopeptidase is a new type of drug in the treatment of cardiovascular disease,and proved to be more effective and more advantage than angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor or neutral endopeptidase inhibitor alone.It plays an important role in the treatment of heart failure and hypertension.
