Abstract
HPMoV/SBA-15 catalyst with 20% loading of Keggin type heteropolyacid H5PMo10V2O40 using SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieveas as support was prepared by impregnation method.The synthesized catalyst sample was characterized by SAXRD,WAXRD and FT-IR spectra.The obtained supported catalyst was studied in the phenol alkylation reaction with tert-butyl alcohol,and the catalytic properties under different reaction temperatures were also investigated.The results show that the H5PMo10V2O40 heteropolyacid can be highly dispersed in the channels of SBA-15 which uniform hexagonal mesoporous structure could be well maintained;HPMoV/SBA-15 catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity for alkylation of phenol,when the reaction temperature was 190 ℃,the phenol conversion of 78.7%,4-TBP selectivity of 49.6%,2,4-DTBP selectivity of 25.8% and 2-TBP selectivity of 24.6 % were obtained.
