Abstract

Credit is of vital importance in market economy,especially in Chia's socialist market economy.However,the construction of personal credit system needs to make public information,which causes the conflict between the making public of credit information and the right of privacy.This thesis explores the problems of the protection of the right of privacy in the course of constructing personal credit system through comparative study of and reference to the relevant modes of credit system in USA,Europe and Japan.
