Call for Management of Students on Law-basis

Under planned economy, colleges and universities recruited, assigned students according to the state's plan, and students entered colleges and universities free of charge. Unity of will, which student agreed on, was emphasized on the management of students. With the system reform of colleges and universities, students must attend colleges and universities at their own expense, and obtain employment at their will. Therefore, a great change has taken place, and manaqement on law-basis is called for.
