Abstract
It discusses the important effect of construction contract in building a project,analyses some common phenomena and reasons in undemanding management of construction contract during the whole course of project.It starts from the actuality,brings forward some countermeasures to strengthen the management of construction contract.It has a big effect on control of construction cost.
