Abstract

The meanings of construction project cost of highway are elaborated.Based upon analysis of the questions existed in management of project construction contract the idea through strengthening contract management to realize construction cost control is proposed to realize programmed,normalized and legal definition of contract,in order to increase economic benefits of works.
