Abstract
Objective To evaluate the etiology diagnostic value of the MSCT in spontaneous Subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods 64-CT angiography was performed in 11 patients with SAH were detected by MSCT scan,8 cases were examined by DSA after MSCT scan,3 cases were carried out the surgical therapy. Results MSCT demonstrated the spontaneous SAH in 11 cases,9 cases were aneurysm hemorrhage,1 case was arteriovenous malformation(AVM),all cases were proved by DSA or operation. Conclusion MSCT angiography is safe and accurate and effective to detect the etiology diagnosis of the spontaneous SAH,so it is a preferred means of examination.
