Abstract
Objective To evaluate the CT angiography(CTA) for the acute phase of spontaneous aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) in diagnosis of the etiology. Methods Retrospective analysis of data and CT scan and lumbar puncture after the diagnosis of spontaneous SAH 97 patients were done, who in acute phase of SAH(3 to 10 days) underwent MSCTA,and digital subtraction angiography(DSA) cerebral artery angiography. Results Among the 97 cases of aneurysm patients detected by MSCTA 83 showed tumor, aneurysm neck, and the parent artery, and the relationship between peripheral vascular and skull was clear, precise. Conclusion CTA is a simple, rapid, noninvasive, safe and reliable vascular imaging to a certain extent, can replace DSA,can be used as etiological diagnosis in patients with acute SAH the preferred screening method.
