Abstract
Objective:To evaluation the clinical application value of multiple tumor markers(including CY21-1,NSE,CEA,CA125,CA199,SCC) in the diagnosis of different pathologic type and stages of lung cancer(except for stage Ⅳ lung cancer). Methods:The level of Six serum tumor markers was measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA) in 266 patients with different pathologic type and stages of lung cancer. Results:For squamous cell carcinoma, the positive rate(53.4%) of SCC was higher than other serum tumor markers, the positive rate of SCC in stage II and stage III group was significantly higher than this in stage I group(P0.05).For adenocarcinoma, the positive rate(41.0%) of CEA was higher than other serum tumor markers, and there was no significantly difference in different clinical stages;the positive rate of CY21-1 in squamous cell carcinoma was higher than this in adenocarcinoma(P0.05),but positive rate is lower than previous report. The auxiliary diagnosis value of NSE in neuroendocrine carcinoma was not correspondent with expectation. Conclusion:The sensitivity and accuracy can be efficiently improved with combination of SCC,CEA,CA125 and CA199.For detection of clinical case, doctors could choose the adaptive combination of the tumor markers according to different pathologic type of patients.
