Abstract
With its long history and various forms,our nation's traditional physical education is popular with the mass and plays an important role in national fitness.This paper discussed the effect of traditional physical education on the development of physical education in countryside based on analyzing the current state of physical education in countryside,the feature of our nation's traditional physical education and the advantages of its spreading into the countryside.
