Application of Native Language's Transfer in English Language Teaching

Language transfer is a common phenomenon in English language learning,including positive transfer and negative transfer.This paper gives an analysis to the phenomenon and puts forward that teachers should guide students to improve positive transfer by using mutualness of language and overcome negative transfer to improve language acquisition.
