Abstract
Based on the thermal elastic layered theory and using ANSYS to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of asphalt pavement, coupled analysis on the temperature of asphalt pavement and load effect caused by storm and temperature drop is done. The changes of asphalt pavement under the influence of the environment are studied, and the result is compared with high temperature response of asphalt pavement. The results show that when the asphalt pavement structure subjects to heavy rain which causes the sharpdrop of the temperature, the vertical deformation and vertical stress become smaller;asphalt road surface by the compressive stress becomes tensile stress;the bottom layers of asphalt become small;asphalt pavement maximum shear stress increases.
