Survey and Analysis of Students Recognition for Local College Employment Guidance

Starting from the employment guidance objects in local colleges and universities,the article studied the recognition of the college students for the local university employment guidance.The results showed that,overall recognition of student employment guidance,performance in work,entrepreneurship education and individualized training consistency students' acceptance relatively low employment guidance.Local colleges and universities to be closely integrated to fit the needs of students and practical work,vigorously enhance employment guidance work performance,and effectively promote employment work better and faster development.
