Unite and Struggle for Constructing a Strong Country with Manufacturing Industry

In the present paper, the history of manufacturing industry of china was reviewed, and its successful experiences were summarized. The analysis of weak points of manufacturing industry, as well as the methods to accelerate the development were also provided. The study indicated that the level of manufacturing industry especially the manufacturing industry of equipment, is a key element to determine the economic level, defense capability, general national power as well the capability of competition and cooperation of a country in the world economy. It is also determining the procedure of modernization of developing countries. The factory of world or the big country of manufacturing industry is not equivalent to a strong country with manufacturing industry. There are 6 basic symbols for a strong manufacturing country. Among them, the manufacturing level and capability, of equipment with advanced technology, and its occupation percent in the market are the comprehensive and key symbole of determining whether a country can be transformed into a strong manufacturing country. The basis of constructing a strong country with manufacturing. industry is the technology innovation, the guarantee of it is the strategy and system. So, developing the manufacturing industry of equipment should be put on the critical position. The capability of innovation must be improved, and the innovation of technology and development of production should be promoted by the innovation of system. The system of personnel training must strengthened to satisfy the requirement of personnel resources for the development of manufacturing industry. The culture of modern manufacturing industry should be cultivated as soon as possible to ensure the rapid, healthy and continuous development of manufacturing industry.
