Cerebral Infarction after Brain Injury: An Analysis of 32 Cases

Abstract

Objective To explore the cause and preventative measure for cerebral infarction after brain injury.Methods The clinical data and remedial experience were analysed in 32 patients with cerebral infarction after brain injury.Results All patients were operated.5 cases healed,9 cases mended,18 cases died after operation.Conclusion The dead rate and complication with cerebral infarction are very high in severel brain injury.Repeated CT and MRI are primarily diagnostic method for cerebral infarction after brain injured.It is important that cerebral infarction after brain injuryis diagnosed and treated cearly.
