CT study in the cerebral ischemia of type IIdiabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value and significance of CT study of the cerebral ischemia of type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus.Methods:CT cerebral examination to 239 diabetes patients who has the symptoms of cerebral ischemia.Results:The patients only with ischemia change(43 cases),primary single cerebral infarction(62 cases),primary multiple cerebral infarction(122 cases),primary great area cerebral infarction(12 cases).Conclusion:The cerebral ischemia of type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus has follow characters:multiple cerebral infarction very common,the change of CT isn't consistent with symptom,symptomical cerebral infarction has close relation with the asymptomatic cerebral infarction.Termly CT cerebral examination can instruct the treatment to the complication of cerebral ischemia of type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus.
