Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to establish the callus induction system of soybean leaf.[Method] The effect of different varieties and concentrations of hormones on the leaf regeneration was studied by using the soybean cotyledon as explants.[Result] In the tested 4 medium treatments,the MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best medium for the soybean callus induction.[Conclusion] It prepared the ground for the further industrial production of soybean.
