Abstract
Virion RNA was abstracted from purified GPV-SF02 strain and used as a template. The fragment of the hemagglutinin-neuriminidase gene of the isolate was amplified by RT-PCR and ligated with the pMD 18-T Vector. Positive clones of HN gene were identified by PCR and then sequenced. The complete sequence of HN gene was obtained finally. The result of sequence analysis for the ORF of HN gene indicats that GPV-SF02 strain exhibited 86% homology with reference strain NL-96.
