Judging development by harmony Anthropological orientation of scientific development view

Abstract

Development is a kind of change as a result of human practice activities.Survival through development is man's unique way of survival that goes begond other creatures.The purpose of development is for man's better survival.Man is a relation being.Man lives in a multirelation of nature,society and ego.Harmony is the ideal state of existence.Traditional development view departs from the anthropological orientation of development.Scientific development view surpasses traditional development view.Scientific development view sticks to people-oriented principle.Therefore,harmony should be the basic value standard and its purpose is to meet the practical needs of people in realistic life.
