Abstract
This paper presents an IGBT driver based on 1SD1548AI.Its pre-driver circuit,the gate resistor,over-current and short circuit protection and external blocking capacitors are analyzed in detail.Experimental results show that the driver designed can be used for high-power inverter applications and can realize the driving and protecting of the IGBT module.
