Abstract
Objective To study the X-ray features of breast multiple calcification in the clinical value in differential diagnosis of benign, malignant lesions. Methods 120 cases of breast disease patients as the research object, underwent breast molybdenum target X-ray detection,Observation of benign and malignant lesions of multiple calcification size, complicated with mass, unilateral or bilateral, calcified, distribution characteristics.correlation between calcification of Le type of Gal and breast lesions were analyzed. Results 1in breast malignant lesions, and the ratio of sediment short rod tip of calcification was significantly higher than that in benign breast lesions,Benign breast lesions, small dots and eggshell calcification proportion was significantly higher than that of malignant breast lesions(P0.05).Calcification≥10/cm2,density,segmental distribution and linear distribution ratio of breast malignant lesions were significantly higher than those of benign breast lesions, the proportion of regional distribution and diffuse distribution in Benign breast lesions was significantly higher than that of malignant breast lesions(P0.05).Malignant breast lesions in Le Gal typeⅣ-Ⅴcalcification proportion was significantly higher than that of benign breast lesions,Benign breast lesion Le Gal typeⅡ-Ⅲcalcification proportion was significantly higher than that of malignant breast lesions(P0.05).Conclusion mammography can display the features of calcification of breast lesions clearly, with higher in differential diagnosis of breast lesions.
