Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of proton magnetic resonance spectrum analysis(PMRS)in differentiation between benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods 50patients,who were suspected with breast lesions from May 2010to May 2011in our hospital, underwent PMRS.Results A total of 58lesions from those 50cases were confirmed by pathology, including 60.3%of malignant lesions and 39.7%of benign lesions.39lesions appeared at 3.22PPM to 3.22PPM choline peak, but, not presented at choline peak.19lesions of benign and malignant breast lesions were diagnosed by statistical analysis of choline peak condition,in which all had been shown significant difference(P 0.01).Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging check has certain application value in the differentiation between benign and malignant breast lesions.
