Thinking about Migrant Workers' Employment Triggered by Financial Crisis

With the opening and reform,our domestic economy was frequentlyinfectedby foreign crises,which have brought great losses to our economy and have challenged migrant workers' employment.Taking the effect of 2008 financial crisis on migrant workers' employment for example,this thesis mainly discusses how to form a long-term and stable employment policy to ensure the full-employment of migrant workers from manifold perspectives:method of statistics for migrant workers' employment,migrant workers' labor security warning and emergency mechanism,migrant workers' social security policy,and the fiscal policy of supporting migrant worker's employment.
