Survey of Amphibians in Huagong Nature Reserve of Guangxi Province

The amphibians in Huagong Nature Reserve of Guangxi were investigated with a method of route survey in 2007.The results showed that 17 species of amphibians,belonging to 11 genera,5 families,1 order,were recorded in the reserve.The fauna was mainly composed of species distributed in both central and south China region.The amphibian communities similarity coefficient was higher with Chengbihe Nature Reserve,Dawangling Nature Reserve,Longtan Nature Reserve and Cenwanglaoshan Nature Reserve that located in the west of Guangxi.On the contrary,it had a smallest similarity coefficient with Maoershan Nature Reserve and Guilin Lijiang scenic spots in northeast of Guangxi.
