Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical applications value of urokinase thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction. Methods: To select 117 acute myocardial infarction patients treated by urokinase intravenous thrombolysis from 2004 to 2009 in our hospital.Thrombolysis to the time of onset was 6 hours as the limit, all patients were divided into observation group and control group,to summarize the treatment of two groups. Results: The rate of recanalization in observation group(84.7%) was higher than control group(53.4%).And only 2 deaths in observation group,8 deaths in control group, the number of deaths was also less than the control group, differences were significant between the two groups,χ2= 13.45,P0.01.Conclusion: Urokinase thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction have better clinical results,as soon as possible urokinase thrombolytic therapy can greatly improve the recanalization rate, lower mortality,so that patients receive better protection of life safety.
