Reflection on Improving Case Quality Management of the Procuratorial Organs

Abstract

Case quality management is the priority of the procuratorial organs.In recent years,the procuratorial organs at all levels,under the prescriptions and requirements of the supreme People's Procuratorate,strengthen the management of case quality and have gotten good results.However,there are also some undeniable problems.From aspects of the personnel,organization,consciousness,quality,mechanism,some measures are put forward to these problems in order to improve the management of case quality.
