Study on the Case Management Mechanism of Procuratorial Organs

The current case management of procuratorial organs is a process model according to the provisions of law and has the hierarchy of approval links,the orientation of case-handling results and the responsibility of workers,lacking the unified comprehensive coordinative management in the current process of the case management,which leads to the problems of inadequate integration,inflowing information and incomplete quality control.Based on these problems in the actual procuratorial work,a special department should be established to strengthen the flowing of the information and improve the whole process of the analysis,feedback and case quality of the information.
