Abstract
In order to reveal regional differences in the housing price fluctuation of different areas in Xinjiang, this paper used a multiple linear regression model to analyze the main impact factors of the regional price fluctuation in north Xinjiang, southern Xinjiang and eastern Xinjiang from both the supply and demand. The results showed that, with the economic and social development in Xinjiang, the rigid demand of real estate increased, which stimulated the housing price to some extent. At the same time, the rising of the housing price was exacerbated due to the stability sake and investment demand.
