Analysis of the Anti - infectives Used in This Hospital in 1999-2000

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To study the tendency to use ant: - infectives in this hospital,so as to provide rational drug use and scientific management of drugs for reference. METHODS: According to the data from computer information system of drug storeroom, the sum and order of drug consumption were analyzed.RESULTS: Cephalosporins, penicillins and quinolones were among the top three places in consumption.CONCLUSION:The above-mentioned three kinds of drug will hold a leading post in anti - infectives in the future,and the use of quinolones will further increase.
