The Research of the Significance, Content and Surrounding of the Technology Innovation

Abstract

In the paper, at first the significance of the innovation has been discussed, then the innovation is divided into three parts: product innovation, process innovation and management innovation. The relation among the three parts is explored. The surrounding of the technology innovation is studied, such as the environment of the organization and management benefiting to technology innovation, transparence and information flow and simple product information.
