The economy of scale of business groups

The setting up of business groups has been a common practice in the process of the development of world economy.And economy of scale is the embodiment of the economic efficiency of business groups.However,diseconomy of scale,instead of economy of scale,had come into being in the business groups in China due to lack of understanding of the scale of enterprises.This paper first expounds the relationship between business groups and economy of scale,then analyses the main problems facing the business groups in China in terms of economy of socal,and further puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
