New characters different from industral economy ,such as the coexistence and collaboration of huge scale enterprises with small scale enterprises; the coexistence of remarkable scale economy and weakened scale effect; the coxistence of scale economy and specialization, would bring new ideas to the Scale-econemy Theory.
