Abstract

The problem of land expropriation is one of the complex three farming problems at present.In the land expropriation problems, the most concentrated focal problem is the issue that is about the compensation and allocation.By analyzing the active land expropriation and compensation system,the paper points the disadvantages that is now existing in the correlative statutes,and advances the improved means and measures that is learning from the experiences of foreign countries.
