Abstract
Chemical constituents in honeysuckle (Lonicera chrysantha) Turcz. were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were determined on basis of phsico-chemical and spectroscopic data. Seven compounds, namely, cosmosiin(Ⅰ),quinqueloside(Ⅱ),quercetin(Ⅲ),amentoflavone(Ⅳ),cupressuflavone(Ⅴ),apigenin chlorogenic acid(Ⅵ) and daucosterol(Ⅶ),were isolated,in which compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from the genus Lonicera for the first time. Additionally, the 1H NMR and 13C NMR data of compound Ⅱ were firstly reported.
