Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study flavonoids from the aerial parts of Lonicera chrysatha.METHODS Some chromatographic methods were applied to isolate pure flavonoids and the structures were elucidated by using chemical and spectroscopic methods.RESULTS Six com- pounds were isolated and their structures were identified as eriodictylol(Ⅰ),luteolin(Ⅱ),apigenin(Ⅲ),miscanthoside(Ⅳ),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅴ)and 5,7-dihydroxychromone-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅵ).CONCLUSION CompoundⅠ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅥare isolated from the genus Lonicera Linn for the first time and others are firstly isolated from this plant.
