Abstract

Chinese landscape painting and the western one are two important art classes in the world painting history,which have the same performance object,that is,to present natural scene objectively.As resulting from different historical traditions,cultural contexts,aesthetic appeals and so on,the two also differ greatly in styles.So it is especially significant to analyze the differences of their artistic characteristics and cultural contexts.
