A New Early Ripening Flat Nectarine Cultivar ‘Ziyue'

Abstract

‘Ziyue' is an early-ripening flat nectarine cultivar derived from the cross of‘Yanpan'× ‘AT163'. The flower is showy,pollen fertility,self-fruitful. The fruit shape is flat,with an average fruit weight 84 g. The fruit skin is bright red to purplish red. The flesh is white,crisp,with 14.0% soluble solids content. It has excellent storage capacity and crack resistance. The fruit development period is about 68 d.
