Application of Digital Signature and ECC in Electronic Government Security

Abstract
Based on the theory of digital signature and the one of ECC,first,ECC was applied in electronic government security.The safety problems were analyzed on E-government and then the digital signature’s definition,the principle on realization were all described in subsequence.At last,the principle of ECC and the realization documents transfer were introduced,which has provided the good secure guarantee for the system.
