Abstract
Aiming at the characteristic that the document transmiting must be reliability and security,generalizes three schemes of digital signature in e-government,and then presents a scheme of digital signature based on hybrid cryptosystem.Finally,demonstrates feasibility of the scheme in security and running speed.
