Key issues and solutions in UOF-OOXML document format translation

This paper mainly discusses the key issues as well as their solutions in document format translation. Document format translation is an effective way to solve the current coexistence of multiple document formats and poor interoperability problems. However, the existing format translators are far from perfect and hard to satisfy the requirements. This issue is based on the research of UOF-OOXML translator, discusses the existing problems in the translator to find the key factors that effecting the formats conversion, and makes a further analysis and exploration to these problems, also gives some appropriate solutions.This research result is helpful to all kinds of translator and document interoperability.
