Abstract
In order to protect the water resources of Dongting Lake,through investigation and analysis on water quality status and pollution sources of Dongting Lake area,the water quality protection objects of the sub-lake areas are determined.According to the input and output of Dongting Lake,as well as the balance condition of nutrient substance and pollution status,the discharge amount of main pollutants is analyzed.According to the analysis results of pollutant receiving capacity,the control scheme for main into-lake pollutants is determined.In view of the existed problems,the protection objects and measures are put forward based on analysis results and relative data as well as the characteristics of the lake area.
